Fendi In-Store Operations Manager

1. Ensure proper store operations according to guidelines.
2. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
3. Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of fixtures and furniture.
4. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
5. Ensure organization of all back-of-house areas, including stock rooms and maintenance rooms.
6. Serve as liaison between subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards.
7. Control store expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping.
8. Ensure proper procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing.
9. Manage and facilitate completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Collaborate with the Legal department on risk, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
11. Ensure proper ordering of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
12. Maintain accurate records of repairs and after-sales service follow-up.
13. Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
14. Ensure associates are aware of and comply with HR policies.
15. Train new joiners on back-office procedures, including POS and schedules.
16. Ensure compliance with POS policies and procedures.

1. At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back of house.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
3. Fluent in English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back of house.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
