Fendi In-Store Operations Manager

1. Ensure proper store operations in alignment with established guidelines.
2. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
3. Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning and repair of fixtures and furniture.
4. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
5. Organize back-of-house areas, stock rooms, and maintenance rooms.
6. Serve as liaison with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure work standards.
7. Control store expenses and maintain accurate records.
8. Ensure compliance with cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
9. Manage petty cash in accordance with company policies.
10. Facilitate and ensure completion of inventories and cycle counts.
11. Collaborate with the Legal department on risk management and security.
12. Order and manage packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
13. Maintain records of repairs and oversee after-sales service follow-up.
14. Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
15. Ensure associates comply with HR policies and procedures.
16. Train new joiners on back-office procedures and POS systems.

1. At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back-of-house operations.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in administration and financial management.

1. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite, CRM, and retail tools.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
3. Results-driven with the ability to implement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
5. Organizational and project management expertise.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in fashion or luxury retail back-of-house operations is required.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
