Fendi Human Resources Intern

- Actively participate in the employee induction program and onboarding activities.
- Support the HR Associate in completing various HR reports, including FTE, joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
- Assist with the joiner and leaver processes for all employees.
- Efficiently maintain digital and physical employee files, complete HR systems, and update organizational charts.
- Participate in payroll process activities.
- Engage actively in the recruitment process by posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Support the HR Associate in screening candidate profiles.
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects for store openings and pop-up stores, including scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
- Leverage digital technologies to improve HR processes, transform day-to-day administrative operations, and enhance efficiency in newcomer onboarding and HR administrative processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Department is considered a plus
- Fluent English; another European language is a plus
- Tech-savvy with strong IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship and teamwork skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Confident, organized, and professional demeanor
- Highly proactive, anticipative, responsive, and reactive

Beginner level experience in Human Resources is preferred.
