1. Assist with monthly financial closing, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, stock, and margin analysis.
2. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Analyze cost variances and margins compared to forecasts and previous years.
4. Prepare Capex reports on various frequencies: actual, forecast, monthly, and quarterly.
5. Conduct periodical reviews of actual costs with different departments.
6. Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Propose the development of new automated tools to support Retail Management analysis.
8. Support the Finance Manager in conducting analyses and special projects.
9. Assist Retail Management in analysis, store opening evaluations, sales forecasting, sales target definition, and monitoring.

1. Strong background in Finance, preferably within an international luxury retail organization.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
2. Attention to quality and detail.
3. Proactive in anticipating business needs.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining positive communication.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
