Fendi E-Commerce Manager

- Develop and implement a localized e-commerce strategy for Greater China, aligning with global brand standards.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize e-commerce and merchandising strategies.
- Utilize digital performance data to generate analyses, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
- Lead online product selection and assortment planning based on user behavior and sales results.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies through WeCom and optimize client service activities.
- Oversee pricing, inventory, order processing, and fulfillment operations.
- Serve as the key business contact for global e-commerce teams, providing market insights and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure premium online customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance performance advertising initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder in omnichannel initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
- Partner with IT and Omnichannel Operations teams to define business requirements and oversee project execution.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (DTC & 3rd party) is essential.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills for driving results in a cross-functional team setting.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce IT tools.
At least 7 years of related working experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines.
