1. Lead and develop the business of the department, cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs.
3. Analyze the category business, propose and implement action plans to improve results.
4. Set category performance targets for the team and individuals with the Store Manager.
5. Be sensitive to competitors' trading activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Leverage all clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
8. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards.
9. Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
10. Implement appropriate CRM tools and develop a loyal customer base for the particular product category.
11. Act as a brand category ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
12. Participate in ad-hoc clientele projects.
13. Ensure that merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
14. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
15. Report to Stock Planning and Merchandising team when there is an out-of-stock situation on best sellers.
16. Maintain the visual merchandising consistent with company standards.
17. Align periodically visual merchandising and sales performance.
18. Optimize the display and proximity storage.
19. Discuss individual performance monthly and coach team members.
20. Motivate the team to perform at their highest level to meet individual and store objectives.
21. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibility.
22. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
23. Conduct category training for the team.
24. Execute the in-store training routine set by the Store Manager.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
2. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Manages personal image standards at a high level.
