Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a strategic understanding and engaging with stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve business goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage customer service quality and implement CRM tools to develop customer loyalty.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained.

- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.
- 7 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales.
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Confidence, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Client focus with strong business acumen.
- Administration and financial skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the fashion or luxury sales sector, with exposure to the relevant category.
Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
