Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance using relevant KPIs.
- Analyze the department's business and propose action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Stay informed about competitors' trading activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and implement clienteling activities.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper Results.
- Implement CRM tools and develop a loyal customer base for the product category.
- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Maintain visual merchandising consistent with company standards.
- Align visual merchandising with sales performance.
- Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales, with exposure to the relevant category.
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills and self-reliance.
- Confidence, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Client focus with strong business acumen.
- Administration and financial skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous.
