1. Contribute to the development of seasonal brief strategies and assortments.
2. Assist in the collection development process.
3. Support all showroom activities during the buying campaign.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of collection performance.
5. Perform competitive benchmarking and analyze market trends and competitors’ offerings.
6. Manage collection samples for all related activities.

1. Business Master's degree, with prior experience or internship being highly valuable.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
2. Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, particularly the Kids' market.
3. Proactive attitude with product sensitivity.
4. Hands-on and problem-solving approach in complex environments.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally through previous internships or relevant roles.

Master's degree in Business or related field.
