Fendi Client Advisor - Ladies' Ready-to-Wear

1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide insightful customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective use of CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and organize one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Ensure exceptional customer service quality, offering a personalized and professional experience.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the Company Sales Management system efficiently for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
12. Carry out additional duties as required by the company.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Experience in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category is essential.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales, specifically in the Ladies' ready-to-wear category.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
