1. Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
4. Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
7. Utilize the POS system proficiently and accurately, updating customer databases as needed.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information.
9. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
10. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
11. Assist in opening and closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
12. Maintain visual standards with guidance from Visual Merchandising and management.
13. Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
14. Serve as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
15. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
