1. Lead individual sales efforts to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using appropriate CRM tools.
4. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by offering a professional and personalized experience.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

3. Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
8. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 2-5 years in fashion or luxury sales is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
