1. Achieve and exceed sales goals with relevant KPIs, utilizing virtual shopping and remote sales.
2. Contribute to sales figures analysis and market trend awareness.
3. Support execution of action plans based on market calendar.
4. Nurture and develop an excellent client network, exploring opportunities to engage new high-level customers.
5. Share best practices and engage with the team to enhance CRM and business development initiatives.
6. Oversee execution of visual merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image standards.
7. Provide direction to the sales team in the absence of the Store Manager.
8. Coordinate store activities and team engagement to maximize sales and ensure KPI delivery.
9. Foster teamwork, team spirit, and uphold quality standards in customer service.

1. 10+ years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
2. 5 years’ experience in a Managerial role
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent

1. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Strong selling skills with a customer-oriented mindset
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of 10 years in the fashion/luxury sales sector with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
