1. Drive sales performance and analyze business metrics to propose and implement action plans for improvement.
2. Collaborate with the Store Director to develop and execute sales strategies, working cross-functionally with corporate partners.
3. Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients, ensuring an authentic client experience.
4. Lead customer service initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectations, acting as a brand ambassador.
5. Manage administrative and operational tasks, ensuring harmony between front and back of house operations.
6. Supervise operational performance, including inventory management and team efficiency.

1. Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
4. Proven ability to develop, empower, and train leadership teams and staff.
5. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
