1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the horological and manufacturing sectors.
4. Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
6. Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal issues.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Admission to the bar in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proven experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the manufacturing or luxury goods industry.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English.
3. Proficiency in contract law and corporate governance.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal counsel position, with a focus on manufacturing or luxury goods industries.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
