1. Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5. Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
6. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Bar admission in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proficiency in German and English; French is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury goods industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
