1. Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies.
2. Maintain inventory in an organized, secure, and efficient manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving stock not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions to storage issues.
5. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including the movement and storage of fixtures and props.
7. Participate in store maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
8. Contribute to the preparation and completion of inventory counts and reconciliations.
9. Handle inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments in accordance with policies.
10. Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Prepare and package client merchandise to the highest standards.
12. Oversee the client delivery process, including troubleshooting delivery issues.
13. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
14. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by the Store Manager.

1. Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management or shipping and receiving, preferably within the luxury sector.

Beginner level experience in inventory management or related fields, ideally within the luxury sector.
