1. Provide first-level support for the ERP system and other software applications, managing the hotline through tickets, phone, and desk interactions.
2. Identify incident causes and propose improvements, creating procedures for the proposed solutions.
3. Train and support Key Users in utilizing the systems effectively.
4. Manage authorizations for various applications.
5. Participate in the preparation for ERP changes by drafting flow diagrams (BPML).

1. Possession of a CFC in management informatics or an equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Strong analytical mindset.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and VBA.
3. Comfortable with data modeling and possessing good knowledge of SQL.
4. Excellent service orientation and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position is required.

CFC in management informatics or equivalent qualification.
