DFS Tourism Compliance Team Leader

1. Ensure compliance of tourist guides, export partners, and travel agencies/OTAs within the Travel Industry Marketing (TIM) team, focusing on Asian markets.
2. Contact and encourage partners to submit necessary documents prior to their arrival.
3. Verify and complete compliance files for partners in-store.
4. Generate lists of non-compliant partners for corrective actions.
5. Gather feedback from guides on compliance procedures and propose solutions.
6. Coordinate with legal service providers to expedite compliance of non-conforming files.
7. Report to an arbitration committee on compliance verification progress and submit complex cases for arbitration.
8. Conduct monthly reporting on compliance verification progress.
9. Manage the compliance verification team and ensure smooth procedural execution.
10. Oversee team scheduling and ensure presence during store hours.
11. Collaborate with the Team Leader Ambassadors to ensure continuity in their absence.
12. Work collaboratively with internal teams (TIM, Legal, and Compliance) and external providers in Asia and France.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered).
2. Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
3. Experience or knowledge in compliance checks or a similar field.
4. Fluency in English, Chinese, and French (written and spoken).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Asian social media platforms.
2. Proactivity, courtesy, versatility, and excellent communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

At least 2 years of managerial experience, with a background in compliance checks or a related sector.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
