DFS Product Data Manager

1. Reference new products, create product references, and manage ongoing product characteristics such as cost price, sale price, brand, color, and size.
2. Create supplier profiles in the system.
3. Generate orders in the system based on Planning team instructions.
4. Manage a portfolio of brands within one or more of the five merchandising pillars: Fashion, Beauty, Watches/Jewelry, Gifts, Spirits/Wines.
5. Collaborate with the Merchandising and Planning teams and external contacts to obtain necessary product information, ensuring data quality meets Samaritaine's standards.
6. Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve product data issues, price discrepancies, and other necessary corrections.
7. Support system and process improvement projects within merchandising.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
2. Previous experience in merchandising database management and/or planning preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deadlines.
4. Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
5. Strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in merchandising database management and/or planning is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
