- Lead and inspire the logistics team to ensure efficient movement and storage of products.
- Supervise delivery schedules and the receipt and verification of incoming products.
- Manage reverse logistics and maintain merchandise in salable condition.
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of price change notifications.
- Oversee inventory management, including write-offs and handling of damaged goods.
- Maintain accurate labeling and efficient space management of storage areas.
- Coordinate the replenishment of products in sales areas.
- Manage the delivery of goods to customers and the availability of distribution supplies.
- Communicate company objectives and foster a positive professional environment.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of store team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in a retail environment.
- Fluency in English and other necessary languages for the site.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to function in a multicultural environment with sensitivity.
- Strong managerial aptitude and autonomy.
- Resourcefulness and rigor in task execution.
A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a retail or distribution environment is required.
High school diploma or equivalent experience desired.
