- Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts, including acquisition and loan agreements for artworks, exploitation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
- Provide legal advice to operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law.
- Offer legal support for projects related to the department store, such as the digitalization of legal activities and issues related to artificial intelligence tools.
- Conduct research and provide assistance on compliance matters.
- Prepare and participate in training sessions.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memos.
- Master's degree in Business Law or enrolled in CRFPA program.
- International experience or background is appreciated.
- Solid knowledge of distribution and contract law, preferably through previous internships in law firms or companies, ideally within the distribution sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Autonomous and team-oriented work ethic.
Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate setting, ideally within the distribution sector, is preferred.
Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
A six-month internship agreement starting in January 2026, offering an immersive experience in a prestigious luxury retail environment.
