1. Ensure financial security by managing the inventory of the safe, verifying payment methods, and processing fund deposits and reconciliation entries.
2. Adhere to and enforce strict security protocols while managing the flow of personnel within the central cash office.
3. Provide technical support by managing user accounts on the cash register software.
4. Oversee the preparation and distribution of cash and currency.
5. Communicate new procedures effectively to team members.
6. Report any discrepancies to the Cash Manager.
7. Record and verify payment methods, monitor store receipts, and manage cash discrepancies, cancellations, and refunds.
8. Archive documents in compliance with current procedures.
9. Facilitate and maintain communication with cash teams in Singapore.

1. Previous successful experience in a similar role.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English.
3. Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash register control.
4. Ability to take cash readings, verify and record payment methods, identify and analyze cash discrepancies, and organize cash transfers.

3. Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A proven track record in a similar cash handling or financial role is required.
