1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
4. Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
