1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
3. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
4. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
5. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
6. Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
7. Maintain records related to sales.
8. Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
9. Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
10. Inventory stock and requisition new stock.

1. Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin and basic English.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field is required.
