Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Participate in store events and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
