1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetics of Coach.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
5. Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
7. Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail supervisory position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
