Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, customer service, and staff management.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely and efficient.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
