Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, customer service, and staff management.
2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
4. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to enhance performance and productivity.
5. Implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase brand awareness.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely and efficient.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
