Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
4. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager or similar position.
2. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
3. Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
3. Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
