Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Support the implementation of brand strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
