Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation and inventory management.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance the customer shopping experience.
5. Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
