Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Operations Coordinator

- Coordinate with HQ, regional, and local VM teams to manage VM material procurement for windows, lightboxes, in-store displays, store openings, and projects.
- Consolidate and manage VM project data in collaboration with HQ and regional/local teams.
- Monitor the order and transportation of seasonal window props and local production materials.
- Oversee logistics and customs clearance for VM materials, ensuring timely delivery.
- Review and manage props inventory to optimize recycling, storage costs, and sustainability.
- Consolidate monthly expense reports from local VM teams, ensuring compliance with HQ guidelines.
- Support VM budget management and liaise with finance and accounting teams.
- Control purchasing inquiries against allocated budgets in each market.
- Ensure timely and accurate operations and accounting controls in line with HQ guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive database for VM activities, including costs and vendor evaluations.
- Collaborate on procurement procedures and manage sustainability projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administration within a multinational company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administration within a multinational company.
