1. Develop and maintain a robust support network for visual merchandising activities, ensuring cohesive efforts across all stakeholders including Regional Retail Managers, Store Directors, and Category Managers.
2. Oversee visual merchandising efforts such as collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require work during non-standard hours.
3. Foster a culture of brand integrity and accountability, ensuring meticulous display maintenance and adaptation to store-specific needs.
4. Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all relevant teams, ensuring transparency and effective time management.
5. Coordinate display walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings to align merchandising strategies with business needs.
6. Support visual merchandising initiatives in other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings as capacity allows.
7. Cultivate partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders to ensure alignment across all product categories.
8. Manage prop inventory and ensure diligent handling and maintenance of visual merchandising materials.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including HQ, corporate, and retail.
3. Demonstrated ability to train and develop teams, build strong relationships, and maintain professionalism.
4. Strong understanding of the Dior brand image and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
