1. Oversee prop inventory movement and ensure integrity by cataloging items at Dior’s off-site storage facilities.
2. Coordinate shipments in partnership with warehouse teams.
3. Maintain accurate tracking and cataloging of all incoming shipments, including invoicing receipt.
4. Ship and track visual samples to Paris.
5. Create master PowerPoint presentations of all locations to facilitate in-store display zoning.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in-store and corporate, to meet business needs.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and Concur reports.
8. Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager for LATAM to ensure priority tasks are met and adapt to urgent needs.

1. Minimum of 2 years as an active student.
2. Availability from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:30pm.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.

1. Experience in an administrative capacity.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
5. Ability to meet and prioritize fast-paced deadlines while being adaptable.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and build strong team relationships.

Beginner level experience in an administrative role is required.

Currently enrolled as a student for at least 2 years.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in visual merchandising within a leading luxury brand, providing a valuable foundation for future career opportunities.
