1. Implement and maintain the visual merchandising (VM) of the boutique daily, collaborating with retail teams for window changes, display rotations, and collection launches according to VM Central guidelines.
2. Prepare products in advance of installations, coordinating with department heads to highlight new arrivals.
3. Develop zonings in alignment with boutique allocations, VM Central guidelines, and zone management.
4. Educate and train retail teams on VM guidelines to uphold brand image and identity, participating in daily briefs to ensure awareness of VM rules and upcoming collection placements.
5. Establish and maintain constant communication with department heads to convey VM information and understand strategic and commercial needs.
6. Support commercial activity through display adjustments in collaboration with the purchasing team and department heads.
7. Organize and inventory stock props within the boutique and external stock, alerting zone management to any needs or shortages.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion school, Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing and communication, or a business school with an interest in fashion and luxury.
2. Ideally, previous experience in visual merchandising.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
3. Creative, structured, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level position, suitable for beginners with some prior experience in visual merchandising.

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, marketing, communication, or business.
