1. Assist in the development and implementation of the Parisian real estate strategy for the Maison.
2. Provide technical input in lease and real estate negotiations.
3. Manage all phases of renovation and fit-out projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
4. Establish project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
6. Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
7. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of building systems.
8. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance requests.
9. Provide technical expertise and advice on all real estate and building operations matters.
10. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in building design, construction, and maintenance.
11. Ensure building operations comply with relevant regulations and codes.
12. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing training and development opportunities.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
14. Develop and manage the building maintenance and operations budget.
15. Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.
16. Implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of building operations.
17. Lead sustainable development and environmental certification efforts for construction and operations.
18. Promote sustainable building practices.

1. Engineering degree in construction management, real estate, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate project management and building maintenance operations.
3. Experience in contributing to and executing real estate strategies.
4. Preferably, experience working with luxury brands.
5. Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
6. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
