1. Conduct weekly meetings with the Merchandising team to align on strategies.
2. Support and participate in four seasonal buying markets.
3. Co-lead the WRTW 8 Program alongside the Merchandising team, focusing on client retention, recruitment, and styling training.
4. Lead and develop a team of top WRTW managers and boutique directors.
5. Provide market-specific product feedback to central teams.
6. Coach and develop smaller WRTW boutiques to overcome in-store challenges.
7. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices during monthly regional meetings.
8. Serve as the point person for the quarterly NYC in-person WRTW 8 Program.
9. Conduct styling sessions and training within boutiques during market visits.
10. Collaborate with the Training team on selling ceremonies.
11. Engage in store visits to workshop best practices and coach boutique teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
3. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
4. Passion for the Dior brand.
