Christian Dior Stylist Director

- Conduct weekly meetings with the Merchandising team to align on strategies.
- Support and participate in four seasonal buying markets.
- Co-lead the WRTW 8 Program alongside the Merchandising team, focusing on client retention, recruitment, and styling training.
- Lead and develop a team of top WRTW managers and boutique directors.
- Provide market-specific product feedback to central teams.
- Coach and develop smaller WRTW boutiques to overcome in-store challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices during monthly regional meetings.
- Serve as the point person for the quarterly NYC in-person WRTW 8 Program.
- Conduct styling sessions and training within boutiques during market visits.
- Collaborate with the Training team on selling ceremonies.
- Engage in store visits to workshop best practices and coach boutique teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
- Passion for the Dior brand.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment.
- Flexibility to manage ad hoc projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and a drive for results.
- Effective communication and collaboration with boutiques and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in operating retail programs and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and priority setting abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
