1. Act as the primary liaison for communications between construction consultants, vendors, and architects to ensure adherence to corporate specifications and guidelines, while managing budgets and timelines.
2. Ensure the proper application of the store concept and review construction quality throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
3. Maintain constant communication and manage expectations across various countries and departments, including Retail, IT, and Visual Merchandising.
4. Manage and coordinate project openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
5. Oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and landlords as needed or requested.
6. Collaborate with department and country heads on project planning to ensure execution meets target objectives, budgets, and timelines.
7. Monitor and control project schedules and costs, manage contracts, and ensure projects are completed to brand standards, on time, and within budget.
8. Conduct fair tendering processes and engage in direct negotiations when necessary.
9. Review and evaluate projects, providing suggestions for improvements.
10. Conduct site and store visits as required.
11. Prepare project budgets and procurements accurately and efficiently.
12. Evaluate risks and make informed decisions.
13. Liaise with Paris architects and other departments to determine needs and timelines.
14. Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders and departments, both externally and internally.
15. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

1. Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

3. Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in risk management initiatives.
9. Proficient in CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, interior design, architecture, or civil engineering, with a background in retail or construction being advantageous.
