Christian Dior Store Planning Manager

- Act as the primary liaison for communications between construction consultants, vendors, and architects to ensure adherence to corporate specifications and guidelines, while managing budgets and timelines.
- Ensure the proper application of the store concept and review construction quality throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
- Maintain constant communication and manage expectations across various countries and departments, including Retail, IT, and Visual Merchandising.
- Manage and coordinate project openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance, and procurement for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and landlords as needed or requested.
- Collaborate with department and country heads on project planning to ensure execution meets target objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and control project schedules and costs, manage contracts, and ensure projects are completed to brand standards, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct fair tendering processes and engage in direct negotiations when necessary.
- Review and evaluate projects, providing suggestions for improvements.
- Conduct site and store visits as required.
- Prepare project budgets and procurements accurately and efficiently.
- Evaluate risks and make informed decisions.
- Liaise with Paris architects and other departments to determine needs and timelines.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders and departments, both externally and internally.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking in procurement, vendor management, and project management.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Good commercial and aesthetic sense.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in risk management initiatives.
- Proficient in CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, interior design, architecture, or civil engineering, with a background in retail or construction being advantageous.
Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
