1. Greet and assist guests with the highest level of hospitality, addressing inquiries about spa services and products.
2. Maintain and manage client profiles with discretion and confidentiality.
3. Record, manage, and confirm all scheduled appointments accurately.
4. Conduct check-in, check-out, service payment, and retail sales procedures seamlessly.
5. Ensure the reception area reflects the standards of DIOR Spa at all times.
6. Prepare detailed daily reports on treatments, no-shows, and cancellations.
7. Adhere strictly to DIOR Spa’s operating procedures.
8. Provide thorough and elegant descriptions of spa treatments and services.
9. Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction and reporting any issues to management.
10. Support all areas of spa operations as requested by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in luxury spa or hospitality settings.

1. Proficiency in booking software.
2. Sales and customer service training is advantageous.
3. Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
4. Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient computer skills.
6. Ability to remain calm and patient, focusing on guest service.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of three years' experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is required.

Salary range of $30 - $33 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility.
