1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the boutique to achieve sales goals for specific product categories.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service in line with Christian Dior standards.
3. Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
4. Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
5. Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
6. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
7. Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
8. Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
9. Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
10. Develop clientele and manage customer relationships.
11. Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations.
12. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
13. Facilitate communication between management and associates.
14. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
15. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer database.

1. At least 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

1. Develop and train associates, build relationships, and utilize skills of associates effectively.
2. Provide outstanding customer service.
3. Effectively manage sales staff toward achievement of sales and clientele objectives.
4. Manage boutique operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Merchandise effectively.
6. Maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to the workforce.
7. Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
8. Communicate clearly and concisely, and listen attentively to others.
9. Operate all necessary equipment, including POS systems, PC, phone systems, and cash register.

Minimum of 4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
