Christian Dior Sales Planner

1. Review monthly forecasts in Anaplan for assigned product categories in collaboration with the merchandising team.
2. Analyze business trends and conduct detailed analyses by product lines and countries to enhance forecast accuracy and anticipate market trends.
3. Prepare and lead forecast validation meetings.
4. Collaborate with Merchandising during buying sessions for each collection.
5. Coordinate with Central and Regional teams on new product launch strategies.
6. Work with the Regional Distribution team to monitor product trends and address shortages.
7. Identify product growth opportunities in collaboration with Merchandising.
8. Facilitate communication across various departments.
9. Participate in projects aimed at improving team efficiency and visibility.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

1. Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
3. High self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong analytical skills with a sensitivity to numerical data.
5. Proficiency in Anaplan and PowerBI is advantageous.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with additional language skills considered an asset.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales planning is required.

Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
