1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong drive for results.
3. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
4. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
5. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
7. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
8. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales per company guidelines.
9. Manage individual stock assignments, organizing stock on the floor and in the back.
10. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by following operating procedures.
11. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

1. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
2. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
3. Adaptability to evolving business trends.
4. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, and computers.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within a luxury consumer goods environment.

The salary range is $24 to $26 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, depending on relevant skills and experience.
