4. Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively address customer complaints by coordinating with the line manager as needed.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining impeccable housekeeping and display standards within the boutique.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, including cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are upheld.
11. Implement measures to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a client book and foster long-term client relationships.
3. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
5. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
