1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients with product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Maintain the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Participate in back-office activities, including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service industry.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Team-working capability.
6. Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

Entry-level experience in retail or service sectors is preferred.

University degree or a fashion school qualification.
