2. Design and automate reports to monitor key performance indicators and critical retail initiatives.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain the competitive analysis database.
4. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate sales associate information for retail reports.
5. Communicate with store teams to understand the business and market landscape and drive revenue initiatives.
6. Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
7. Support the management of retail incentives and compensation strategies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
2. Background in Retail, Planning, or Finance is preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI.
2. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
4. Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems, with a passion for data analysis and synthesis.
