Christian Dior Retail Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in ensuring the brand image through the management and organization of retail events in France and Monaco.
- Participate in the monitoring and analysis of Client Development KPIs.
- Provide operational support for retail events, including collection launches and image events such as boutique openings and special projects.
- Coordinate and manage the retail event calendar for boutiques in the region.
- Collaborate with EMEA and local teams to plan and execute retail events.
- Book various services related to events, such as catering and entertainment.
- Be present and operational during events.
- Collect and format feedback post-events, including client lists, photos, final budgets, and sales achieved.
- Monitor supplier invoicing.
- Oversee client gift orders for collection launches and celebrations.
- Track budget and gather feedback for each gifting campaign.
- Update weekly CRM reporting for boutiques in France and Monaco.
- Analyze KPIs for various projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in operational marketing or event management, preferably as a final-year internship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and ability to listen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Availability and flexibility.
Beginner level experience in operational marketing or event management is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
The internship offers a comprehensive understanding of luxury codes and retail challenges, project management skills, clienteling analysis, and KPI management, within a supportive and inclusive environment.
