1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of leases, letters of intent, and other real estate agreements for various asset types, including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction-related legal processes, including contract negotiations with architects and contractors, and manage administrative authorizations.
3. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction and lease agreements.
4. Participate in transactional activities, such as acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Act as a business partner to various departments, offering practical and business-oriented legal solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam)
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in legal environments, such as law firms or corporate legal departments.

CRFPA (French Bar Exam) required.
