1. Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and management of lease agreements and related documents for various asset types including boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction projects through the negotiation and drafting of contracts with architects, project managers, and general contractors.
3. Handle pre-litigation, litigation, or disputes related to construction works or lease agreements.
4. Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposal of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Act as a business partner to various teams, identifying key legal issues and offering practical, business-oriented solutions.
7. Adapt communication to suit different stakeholders and instill legal reflexes.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam)
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department
