1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of various lease agreements and related documents, including letters of intent, lease assignments, and amendments for diverse asset types such as boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support the construction process by negotiating and drafting contracts with architects, project managers, and contractors, and managing administrative authorizations.
3. Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters related to construction disputes or lease agreements, including preventive measures and neighbor complaints.
4. Participate in transactional activities involving the acquisition or disposition of real estate-heavy companies or assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Act as a business partner to various teams, identifying significant legal issues and delivering practical, clear, and business-oriented solutions.
7. Adapt communication to different stakeholders and impart legal reflexes.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam Certificate)
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department
