Christian Dior Marketing & Communication Buyer

- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a first-class procurement and sourcing strategy.
- Streamline and model the portfolio of partner agencies to meet the needs of marketing and image teams, with a focus on brand image, advertising, events, public relations, talent management, CRM, and social media.
- Implement and optimize agency sourcing and the execution of major projects from the initial marketing brief to project execution and production.
- Organize and manage agency tenders, and coordinate project planning and management in close collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve quantitative and qualitative results in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage agency relationships by negotiating optimized remuneration models and contracts, measuring performance, and defining interaction processes with marketing teams.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with commercial value addition and efficiency gains, including cost reductions, KPI tracking, new purchasing tools, compliance policies, supplier relations, and risk management.
- Evaluate and develop agency networks by market prospecting, assessing agencies based on capabilities, execution quality, cost models, innovation, and service levels.
- Define and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting documents to monitor procurement performance and efficiency.
- Provide statistics, analyses, and reports on procurement activities and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, with a specialization in Procurement preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, negotiating and contracting with marketing and communication agencies, advertising, and/or events.
- Strong understanding of the luxury environment and its challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a client and results-oriented approach.
- Highly organized and autonomous.
- Advanced analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position, with experience in negotiating and contracting with marketing and communication agencies, advertising, and/or events.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, with a specialization in Procurement preferred.
